طلب حذف البيانات | Data Deletion Request
إذا تواصلتِ مع نونو كيدز عبر ماسنجر أو إنستجرام أو واتساب، وتريدين حذف بياناتك (الاسم، والمحادثات، وبيانات الطلبات) من أنظمتنا:
- أرسلي رسالة لصفحتنا على فيسبوك أو إنستجرام بكلمة «حذف بياناتي»، أو
- راسلينا على nunokids@outlook.com
سيتم حذف بياناتك خلال 30 يومًا من استلام الطلب، وسنؤكد لكِ الحذف.
ما الذي يتم حذفه
- محتوى المحادثات المحفوظة لدينا
- الاسم ومعرّف المحادثة على المنصة
- رقم الهاتف والعنوان
- سجل الطلبات المرتبط بكِ
ملاحظة: يُلزمنا القانون المصري بالاحتفاظ بالفواتير والمستندات المحاسبية لمدة محددة. في هذه الحالة نحذف البيانات الشخصية المرتبطة بها ونُبقي القيد المحاسبي دون اسمكِ أو هاتفكِ.
Data Deletion Request
If you contacted Nuno Kids via Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp and want your data deleted, message our page with "delete my data" or email nunokids@outlook.com.
Your data will be deleted within 30 days and we will confirm. This includes stored conversation content, your name and platform-scoped conversation ID, phone number and address, and your order history.
Note: Egyptian law requires us to retain invoices and accounting records for a defined period. In that case we remove the personal data attached to them and keep only the accounting entry, without your name or phone number.
